When you register, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, which parts of the weekend you plan to attend, and whether you're interested in hosting. If you register as a facilitator or future host, we also collect the optional details you provide about your work, practice, hosting interests, group size and timeline, plus any notes you add.

If you arrive through a tagged link (for example from Instagram or an email), we record the campaign source, medium and name attached to that link so we know how people found the event.

We use your registration to plan the weekend and to send you information related to the Opening Weekend selections you've made, such as final timing, arrival details and any changes.

If you indicated interest in hosting, we'll follow up about hosting at Peaceful River, including preferred introductory reservation pricing for attending facilitators.

Future-event and retreat updates are sent only if you checked the separate, unchecked-by-default box on the registration form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any update.

We don't sell or rent your information. Registrations are stored securely and can be viewed only by authorized Peaceful River staff. We may use trusted service providers (such as hosting and email delivery) solely to operate this site and communicate with you.

We keep registration information for as long as it's useful for Opening Weekend and related follow-up, or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your registration information, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
